| Duelist Club Here is an ongoing tournament, for both those who like to compete and for those who just want to have fun. Here's how it works: Each Duelist club member begins with 500 pts. You then chalenge someone to a duel (5 touch bout) in either foil, saber, or epee (your opponent chooses the weapon). The winner receives 50 pts. the loser looses 50 pts. When chanllenging someone who has a higher score than you do; you start the bout with 1 point for every 100 points higher their score is than yours (up to 4 points). On September 15th, the points will be added up he/she who has the most points wins. |
| Saber and Epee We are excited to offer two new classes specializing, specifically in the weapon of your choice. Saber Do you want a sword that brings back the slashing and thrusting of a calvary charge? Here's the chance to score touches with a cut as well as a thrust. The target area is the entire upper body. So go ahead, try a head shot or a cut to the arm. The cuts come quick, so you have to be fast. Good timing and distance means everything. Epee Right of way? Who Cares? Do you love fencing but 'right of way' is too confusing? Here's a chance to forget right of way and just go for the touch. In Epee the whole body is valid target. That means, I can hit someone on the toe and the touch is mine! All mine! Hee! Hee! Hee! (maniacal laughter in the background) Check the calendar page for the new spring schedule. |
